He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvah Hudgins and Alice Hudgins (Guest); his wife Adeline; his common-law partner LeVern White; and his siblings, Florence, Lela, Sereatha and Nelson.
He is survived by: his children, Jocelyn of Middleton, Rosalie Taylor (Dennis) of Paradise, Tina Rex (Larry) of Kentville and Kevin (Karen) of Youngs Cove; his stepdaughters, Sonia LaRose of Fall River and Norma Hudson (Tony) of Youngs Cove; and his sister Phyllis Hiltz (Marion Young) of Halifax. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
