He is survived by: his parent Mildred Durling (Bent); his close friend Elaine Langmead; his children, Darren Durling (Tina), Tracey MacMillan (Dave) and Tammy Joyce (John); his grandchildren, Mason Durling, Melanie Graham (Landon), Emily Charbonneau (Kacy), Jennifer Brown (Sandy), Connor Brown and Kieran Brown; and his great grandchildren, Karley-Rose and Hollis.
Donations in his memory may be sent to the Canadian Cancer Society, Nova Scotia Lung Association , Canadian Diabetes Association or to the local Humane Society.
