He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Duggan and Hildried Duggan; his brother Jack; and his parents-in-law, Jim and Murdena Munro.
He is survived by: his significant other Fran (Munro); his sons, Christopher Dartmouth (Jenn) and Ryan (Lacey); and his grandchild Danica.
Donations in Donnie's memory may be made to the Annapolis West Health Foundation in support of Palliative Care at the Annapolis Community Health Centre, Annapolis Royal.
