It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Edward Berry of Amherst, Nova Scotia, born in River Hebert, Nova Scotia, who passed away on October 11, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Berry and Davida Berry (McFadden); his son Billie Joe; and his siblings, Muriel, Mabel, Verlie, Nellie, Jennie, Charlotte, Doreen, Eileen, Delores, Raymond and Leonard (Sonny).

He is survived by: his wife Leonila (Ong); his daughters, Cindee of Toronto and Lisa of Toronto; his daughter-in-law Denise of Calgary; and his sisters, Peggy Woodworth, Leta Briggs (Rod), Sarah Ward (Mike) and Sharon Taylor (Allison). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
