He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Hicks and Primrose Hicks (Harvey). He is survived by: his wife Lucy (Travis); his sons, David (Meagan) of Moncton, Laurie (Joanne) of Amherst, Charles (Becky) of Amherst and Daniel (Emma) of Joggins; and his sister-in-law Margaret Travis of Amherst. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 1 step granddaughter; several brothers and sisters.
