He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Arsenault and Lorraine Arsenault (Dupuis); and his brother Roy. He is survived by: his wife Rachel (Winters); his daughters, Crystal Arsenault and Jenny Arsenault of Summerside, PE; his grandchildren, Alexandria (Davey), Brockville and Morgan; and his siblings, Linda, Edward, Lola, Gloria, Anna and Elizabeth. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
