She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Spence and Renovia Spence (Wood); and her sisters, Sherry Sampson and Nancy Morton. She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Amy Dempsey (Chuck) of Maccan, Marley Stevens (Corey) of Amherst and Scott Stevens (Kelsey) of Amherst; her stepdaughter Sarah Ripley; her grandchildren, Jordan, Kolbi, Kooper, Jackson, Peyton and Allie; her siblings, Michael Spence (Susan) of Springhill, NS and Susan Mattix (Danny) of River Philip, NS; and her close friend Marsha Morash. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
