He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Rector and Carrie Rector (Rector); and his children, Loretta Lynn Levesque and Timothy Rector. He is survived by: his wife Rona (Pettigrew); his children, Velda Fromm (Barry), John (Corrine), Victor (Laura) and Stanley Smith-Rector (Brianna); and his sister Barb MacKay. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren.
