Shirley Rose Collins Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Rose Collins (Amherst, Nova Scotia), born in Parrsboro, Nova Scotia, who passed away on October 1, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Lorway; and her mother Alene Yorke. She is survived by: her grandparents, Effie Allen and Amasa Allen; her children, Richard (Ginger) of Grasslands, AB, David (Bessie) of Penticton, BC, Nancy White (Clarence) of Deer Lake, NL and Nellie Anderson (Rodney) of Amherst, NS; her grandchildren, Steven Collins (Kylah), Gregory Collins, Loriley LeBlanc (Josh), Murray White (Heather), Shelby Lynn, Mark Collins and Lydia Anderson; her great grandchildren, Wyatt Collins, Blake, Kaleb, Alexandria White, Jett LeBlanc and Nathaniel Collins; her siblings, Celia Burns (Rodney) of Ellershouse, NS and Eric Yorke (Florence) of Parrsboro, NS; and her daughter-in-law Kathy Collins.
