Shirley Dorothy Seymour Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Dorothy Seymour of Amherst, Nova Scotia, who passed away on April 27, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Reynolds and Eva Reynolds (Riske); her husband Elliott "Skip"; her daughter Cindy Lee Seymour; her brothers, Doug, Fred, Ron and Wesley; and her close friend Doug Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Rick of Amherst, Tim (Kathy) of Sooke, BC and Todd (Sonya) of Wentworth; her grandchildren, Kandace, Julie, Jon, Driesje, Sharon and Caleb; and her great grandchildren, Theo, Levi, Cameron, Daniel and Amelia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and extended family.
In lieu of floral tributes, memorial contributions can be made in Shirley's memory to the Cumberland Cancer Assistance Fund or the Christ Church Cemetery.
