He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Blue and Marjorie Kierstead (Blue); his former wife Wanda Ruth Blue (Kaye); his son Nathan Evan Blue; his grandson Evan Marc Blue; his siblings, Marla Crowe, Sheri Dill (Trevor), Stephen Blue, Charles Kierstead (Pam Campbell), Andrew Kierstead (Rose Gould), Timothy Kierstead (Lori Buckler), Roberta Blue and Terry Blue; and his stepfather Robert Kierstead. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cumberland County Amateur Radio Club.
