He is survived by: his parent Jack; his wife Melanie Hart of Malden; his children, Kursty Huelin Baker, Matthew John Baker and Kristian Kennath Baker; his stepson David Robert Hart; his mother-in-law Gaye Reardon of England; his siblings, Sandra and John; and his pet Fugly.
