With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert W. Negus of Amherst, Nova Scotia, who passed away on June 24, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Negus and Viola Negus (Jollymore); and his siblings, Thomas, Fred, Huddy, Arthur, Lawrence, Helen Babineau, Margaret Kasiboski and Audrey Casey.
He is survived by: his children, Lora Negus (Ed Vergunst) of Kelowna, BC, Gail Negus and William Negus (Brittany Jones) of Salisbury, NB; his grandchildren, Kimberly Crossman (Brett) of Tidnish Bridge, NS, Jessica Idris (James) of Calgary, AB, Amanda Lovett (Ian), Kristie DeVenney of Comox, BC, Shannon DeVenney of Moncton, NB, Jamie DeVenney (Jennelle) of Victoria, BC, Ethan Sturek of Calgary, AB, Tegan Negus of Salisbury, NB, Tyson Negus of Salisbury, NB, Gage Negus of Salisbury, NB and Weston Negus of Salisbury, NB; his great great grandchild Silas; and his sister Shirley Farrell of Brookdale, NS. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews.
