He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Copp and Muriel Copp; his wife Inez; his son Stephen; his grandson Robbie Copp; his niece Beth Crossman; and his brothers-in-law, Sydney Alcorn, Murray Justason and Murray Crossman.

He is survived by: his son Danny (Rhonda); his granddaughters, Heather Copp (Max Pollack) and Trish Duguay (Andrew); his stepgranddaughter Emily Thomas (Jackson Gillon); his great grandchildren, Frida of Fredericton, NB., Hannah Pollack of Fredericton, NB., Grady of Fredericton, NB., Blake of Fredericton, NB. and Libby Duguay of Fredericton, NB.; his sisters-in-law, Eileen Alcorn, Hillsborough and Molly Crossman; and also Betty Daniels. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
