She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Smith and Myrtle Smith (Rushton); her husband Sherman; her sister Ruth Ann; and her siblings-in-law, Phyllis Smith and Basil Horangic.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Shay (Mike), Elaine Stevens (Marty Davidson), Tidnish and Danny Allen (Diana); her grandchildren, Cindy MacLeod (Jody), Timmy Shay (Danielle), Tammy Allen (Jason Adams), Daniel Allen (Denise) and Tanya Davidson; her great grandchildren, Riley, Lauren, Scarlett, Reed Shay, Tyler MacLeod, Jacob, John Adams, Alex, Loran Fenez and Kennedy Allen; and her siblings, Guy Smith and Ruth Horangic. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
Memorial donations in Rhoda's memory may be made to Cumberland VON or the L.A. Animal Shelter.
