He was predeceased by: his father Harold Ettinger. He is survived by: his mother Doreen Ettinger (Currie); his daughter Kieran of Anchorage; his siblings, Maryann, Baton Rouge, Andrew and Jonathan (Dionne); and his niece Isabelle.
