He was predeceased by: his parents, Perley Wheaton and Julia Wheaton (Legere); his sons, Timmy and Todd; his brother Archie; and his brother-in-law Earl "Bunn" McClary.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his grandchildren, Nicole (Domenic), Cari (Jeremy), Matthew (Emily), Mark (Vanessa) and Jessica (Anthony); his great grandchildren, Willow and Wilder; and his siblings, Anna McClary of River Hebert, NS and Darrell (Hilda) of River Hebert, NS. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
