She was predeceased by: her parents, Almira Rector (Spence) and Vincent Rector; her daughter Patricia; and her siblings, Roy, Reggie (Liza) and Genesta Smith (Kenneth).
She is survived by: her husband Jack; her children, Debby Barnett (Nigel), Jackie Best (Donald), Kathy Bowes (Frank), Cheryl Russell (Wayne), Joyce Taylor (Barry), John Perry (Sue-Lane), Brenda Wood (Darren) and Pam Cormier (Gary); and her grandchildren, Stephanie, Jacquelin, Aaron, Travis, Julie, Corey, Adam, Jennifer, Danielle, Jared, Jenna, Josh, Kris, Kody, Kate, Taylor and Kelly.
In Lieu of floral tributes, memorial contributions in Olive's memory may be made to the IWK, LA Animal Shelter or a charity of your choice.
