He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene and Lloyd; his brother Ben (Shirley); his grandson Nathan; and his daughter-in-law Ileana.

He is survived by: his brother-in-law Danny Brown; his close friend Betsy; his sister Vivian (Lee); and his sons, Carl, Rick (Susan), Stephen (Bobbi), Gary (Tammy) and Mike (Susan). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
