With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Morley Edward Bezanson of Amherst, Nova Scotia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 26, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Austin and May Olive; his wife Jeannine Alice Keddy (Keddy); and his siblings, Maurice (Bertha), Leona Bennett (Benny), Ida Hiltz (Minard), Donald (Maxine), Merlin (Gwen) and Allister (Helen).
He is survived by: his children, Linda Spinney (Tim) of Fraxville, Nelson Bezanson (Dot) of Amherst and Gordon Bezanson (Lisa) of Everett, WA; his sister Betty Anderson; his grandchildren, Wesley Bezanson (Christine) of Amherst, Gregory Bezanson of Charlottetown and Melanie Murphy of Yarmouth; and his great grandchildren, Kaiden, Ryder and Clara.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Forties Community Centre (1787 Forties Rd, New Ross, NS B0J2M0). A burial was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at the St. Augustine of Hippo Cemetery (1587 Forties Rd, New Ross, NS B0J2M0).
