Minnie Alice Dawson Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 8, 2019, Minnie Alice Dawson (Amherst, Nova Scotia), born in River Hebert, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas McGilchrist and Laura McGilchrist (Theal); her husband Walter Dawson; and her siblings, Mary Burnett, Helen Hamilton, Jennie Cannon and Harry McGilchrist.

She is survived by: her children, Patricia Fraser of Riverview, NB, Alice Harwood of River Hebert, NS, Bill (Caroline) of Pictou, NS and Thomas (Coreen) of Tidnish, NS; and her brothers, Rufus McGilchrist (Ella) of Parkers Cove and Annapolis Co. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and numerous great and great-great grandchildren.

Donations in memory of Minnie may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
