It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mildred Ruby Angus of Amherst, Nova Scotia, who passed away on February 22, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mainsworth MacDonald and Florence MacDonald (Irving); her husband Albert; her daughter Karen Angus; her children-in-law, Vernon Crosthwaite, John Copp and Peggy Angus; and her siblings, Irving, Edison, Dave, Lloyd, Alden, Russell, Percy and Thelma Bird.
She is survived by: her children, Eric, Keith (Sheila), Linden, Paul (Dorothy Vandenburg), Barbara Copp, Gail Crosthwaite, Nancy MacLennan (Clarence), Cape Breton, Janet Tower (Bill), Beckwith and Linda Mattinson (Alan); and her son-in-law Mike Masters.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jones Family Funeral Centre (70 Church St, Amherst, NS B4H3B2). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
