It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjory Jean Elizabeth Smith (Amherst, Nova Scotia), born in Amherst, Québec, who passed away on February 18, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Joseph Turney; her siblings, Donald Turney and Phyllis Letcher (Leon Ward); and also Jean. She is survived by: her parent Ruth Turney (Porteous); her husband Gerald Silas Smith; her children, Daniel (Mary), Blane (Heather), Dale Lucas Lower (Gary) and Cindy Doiron (Dan MacLeod); and her sister-in-law Lois Turney of Barrie, ON.. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, 17 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild.
