It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marion Embree (Amherst, Nova Scotia), who passed away on May 30, 2022, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Chapman and Elsie Chapman (Jackson); her husband Vincent Embree; her daughter Shirley Ann; her stepgrandson Ralph Simpson; and her siblings, Irene Wood, Curtis, Allison, Ron and Glenn.
She is survived by: her children, Rod Embree (Mary) and Patricia Simpson (Reed); and her grandchildren, Roddy (Amanda), Tony, Tim (Lynn) and Tom (Cathy). She is also survived by great grandchildren as well as great great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and extended family.
In lieu of floral tributes, memorial contributions in Marion's memory can be made to the Cumberland Hospice and Palliative Care Society, the LA Animal Shelter or the Lorneville Cemetery.
