It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marilyn Christine Cooke of Amherst, Nova Scotia, born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on May 20, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Michael Cooke (Liz) of Oxford and Pauline MacDonald Cooke of Springhill; her son Dameian Matthews; her siblings, Jessica and Timothy; her grandmothers, Phyllis Stewart and Audrey MacDonald; and her friend Dwayne Gutterson of Five Islands. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
