She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Cormier and Jessie Cormier (Fraser); her former husband Lloyd Smith; and her husband David Alex Droesbeck. She is survived by: her children, Karen Farrell (Rick) of Amherst and Rae Alan Smith of Amherst; her stepchildren, Claudette Rogers of Truro, Shelley Tower (Russell) of Bass River and Shelia Droesbeck-Lewis (Gilbert) of Dartmouth; her grandchildren, Jordan, Melanie, Natalie, Nathan, Nicole, Hannah and Jenna; her great grandchildren, Sophia, Anderson and William; her grandchildren, Diane and Ryan Wilson; and her cousin Isabell Stiles of Point. She is also survived by her extended family and friends.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions a private graveside service will take place in the Amherst Cemetery on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at 11:00 am with William Drysdale, DLM officiating.
Donations in Loisanne's memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Canadian Cancer Society.
