She was predeceased by: her parents, James Forsythe and Jessie Forsythe (MacLeod); her husbands, Wendell Angevine and Norman Wells; her sons, Charles Angevine and James Angevine; her stepson-in-law Robert "Bob" Smith; and her stepgranddaughter Shelley Patch.

She is survived by: her stepchildren, Jean Smith, David Wells (Carol), Norman Wells (Rosalie) and Chris Wells (Renata); her grandchildren, Melanie Angevine and Jaime Payne (Bryce); her stepgrandchildren, Bonnie, Derrick, Chris Anne, Ty, Brett, Jennifer, Renee, Adam, Nicole and Jarred; her great grandchildren, Jordan Hunter, Jase Payne, Sarah Payne and Noah Angevine; her nephew Gordon Forsythe (Doris); and her niece Judy Jollymore.
