She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil McAdams and June McAdams. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Tandy of Amherst; her son James Collins of Ontario; her stepdaughter Sarah Tandy of Ontario; and her siblings, Roger, Rhondda, Lance, Patrica, Marsha, Mark, Brian, Stephen and Wendy. She is also survived by children, her grandchildren.
