He was predeceased by: his parents, Ting Wan and Liu Si Chan (Wan); his wife Mei Chan (Chow); his son Kirby; and his siblings, Kwai and Anthony.
He is survived by: his son Dr. Kevin Chan (Heather); his grandchildren, Kyle and Nathan Chan; his siblings, So Ching, Chi Hong, Ying, Rowena, Raymond and Lisa; and his nieces and nephews, Mah, Young and Lai.
The family asks that visitors wear a mask to protect themselves and others during this cold and flu season.
