He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Cummings (Jamie Lynn Brown) and Staci Burke; his grandmother Debby Cummings; his children, Jayce and Ashlyn; the mother of his children Candace; his children, Jordon, Cayden and Callie; the mother of his children Michelle; his brothers, Tyler and Kenny; his uncle David; and also Courtney. He is also survived by many friends and extended family.
