He was predeceased by: his brother Ken Butler. He is survived by: his parents, Claude Chapman and Doris Chapman (Goodwin); his wife Helen (Goodwin) of Baie Verte; his children, Michael Chapman (Kim) of Trenton and Cheryl Grise (Louis) of Edmonton; his grandchildren, Cathleen Chapman, Shelby Grise, Spencer Grise and Curtis Chapman; and his brothers, Allison (Marsha) and James (Gail).
