She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth "Betty Ann" Munroe (Cook) and Wendell Cook. She is survived by: her significant other Rick (Dick); her children, Alyson VanSnick (Fort St) and Alex (Gillian Meaney) of Amherst, NS; her grandchildren, Aria and Lance VanSnick; her brother Jason Cook (Amy) of Quispamsis, NB; her nieces, Lola and Freya; her pet Molly; and also, Ryon and Gillian VanSnick. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of floral tributes, memorial contributions in Jennifer's memory may be made to the ALS Society, CNIB or the Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre Palliative Care.
