She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Atkinson and Blanche Atkinson (Laird); her husband Foreman; her daughter Jacqueline; and her siblings, Margaret Smith, Norman Atkinson, Eileen Allanach, Allouise Smith, Jessie Gormley, Goldie Killam and Shirley Atkinson.
She is survived by: her close friends, Ken and Lorayne Thompson; her children, Donald (Cheryl) and Rhonda Estabrooks (Michael) of Cole Harbour, NS; her grandchildren, Brent Smith (Lindsay), Marlon Chase (Stephen), Meredith Smith (Cory Pipes), Sarah Larose (Simon) and Ryan Estabrooks (Taylor Hull); her great grandchildren, Georgia Smith, Brooks, Wells Chase, Theodore Larose and Carter Lusby; and her brothers, Chesley (Ches) and Willis Atkinson (Bill) of Pugwash, NS..
