Janette C. Gilroy Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 7, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Janette C. Gilroy of Amherst, Nova Scotia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Simmonds and Helen Simmonds (Bowser); her husband Raymond William Gilroy; her children, Ruth Ann Spicer (Gilroy) and William Gilroy (Tony); her grandsons, Daniel Simpson, Adam Simpson and Raymond Gilroy; and her sisters, Ruth Fraser, Virginia Simmonds and Norma Tower.

She is survived by: her brothers, Gordon Simmonds (Donna) and Steven Simmonds (Diane); her children, Alan Gilroy (Sandy), Roy Gilroy (Carmel), Karen Gilroy (Barry), Janet Mitchell (Dennis) and Peter Gilroy (Carrie); and her daughter-in-law Janice Gilroy. She is also survived by 19 grand children and several great-grandchildren and great, great-grandchildren.
