He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ignatius and Myrtle Thelma Ussailis (MacQuarrie); and his wife Carolyn May Ussailis (Marchant). He is survived by: his pet Lucky-Kat; his children, Catherine E. Ussailis and James S. Ussailis Jr.; and his granddaughters, Julia and Ella.
