He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim MacPherson and Gen MacPherson (Gogan); his aunt Jessie MacPherson; his sister Peggy DeCoste; his sister-in-law Venesha Bowser; and his nephew Scott Chapman.
He is survived by: his wife LeEtta; his daughter Elizabeth MacPherson; his granddaughter Kenzie MacPherson Helders; his siblings, Bonnie Smurlic (Gerry) of Ontario, Gloria Hutchinson of Dartmouth, Catherine MacPherson of Amherst, Joseph Alexander (Sandy), John Jerald (Lynn) of Amherst and Grant (Louanne); and his brother-in-law Larry Bowser (Donald DeCoste). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
