It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Emmerson Mitchell (Amherst, Nova Scotia), who passed away on September 11, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Frederick of Amherst, N. S and Frances "Louise" Mitchell (Loring) of Amherst, N. S. He is survived by: his children, Nicolle Mitchell, Tony Mitchell (Jaime), Angela Melanson (Jason) and Patrick Mitchell (Jessica) of Debert; his grandchildren, Abby, Claire, Austin, Keaton, Jacob, Aubrey and Westin; and his siblings, Joanne Hannah, Edmonton, Linda Ferrigan (Cletus), Elizabeth Mitchell and Billy Stiles (Ann) of Amherst.
