Herman Oswald McKeigan Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 31, 2022, at the age of 71, Herman Oswald McKeigan of Amherst, Nova Scotia, born in Joggins, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George McKeigan and Lucy McKeigan (Vance); his siblings, Lawson, Donald, Hector, Earl, Garnet, Barbara Jean, Doris and Joy; and his parents-in-law, John and Eva Poplar (Rector).

He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his daughter Tanya Holland (Aubrey) of Amherst; his sister Ruth McKeigan of Joggins; his granddaughters, Ashley (Nicole) and Amber Holland (Sam); and his great grandchildren, Macy, Nyla and Brayson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and extended family.

Memorial contributions may be made in Hermie's memory to the Lung Association of Nova Scotia or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
