It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Harold McAloney (Amherst, Nova Scotia), born in River Hebert, Nova Scotia, who passed away on May 16, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy McAloney and Myrtle McAloney (Smith); his siblings, Grace and Howard; his sister-in-law Helen; his brother William; and his siblings-in-law, Norma and Arnold Raymond.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara McAloney (Adams); his children, Michael (Karen) and Sherry Ripley (Stephen); his grandsons, Jonathan (Greg), Thomas (Alyssa), Justin (Prajwala) and Jeffery (Cassie); his great grandchildren, Maya, Rowan and Laurel; and his sister Edith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid Restrictions, there will be no visitation or service at this time.

Donations in memory of Harold may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada, or the Cumberland Hospice and Palliative Care Society.
