He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Ann Cullen; his brother-in-law Frank Cullen; and his parents, Harry Manthorne and Eva Manthorne. He is survived by: his close friend Theresa Manthorne; his sister Myrna Arnold (George); his sister-in-law Doris Cullen (Frank); and his children, Christiann Luddington (Peter), Glen Manthorne (Jackie), George Manthorne (Brenda) and Hank Dixon (Linda). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and extended family.

In Lieu of flowers the family requests that anyone wishing to express sympathy consider making a donation to the Cumberland County Hospice and Palliative Care Society.
