She was predeceased by: her parent Rachel Steeves; her children, Ottis Winters and Lucelle Winters; and her former husband Roy Winters. She is survived by: her children, Mary Black (Sherman), Rachel Arsenault (Walter), Ronnie Winters, Christina Dutkewich (David), Margaret Winters and Carol Winters. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren.
