It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Allison Steeves (Amherst, Nova Scotia), born in Dorchester, New Brunswick, who passed away on April 11, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rene Steeves and Clara Steeves (Lauder); and his sister Doreen. He is survived by: his wife Joan (Barnes); his children, Gerry of Riverview, NB, Joanne Auld (David), Karen (Phil McNulty) of Bedford and Halifax; his siblings, Doug and Carole; his grandchildren, Allison, Andrew (Auld), Erica and Emily (Steeves); and his great grandchildren, Ava and Auld.

Donations can be made in Gerry's memory to the Cumberland VON, Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre Palliative, and Lung Association of Nova Scotia.
