She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Pugsley and Frances Pugsley (Eagles); her husband Philip; and her siblings, Delbert Eagles, Lewis Pugsley, Sidney Pugsley and Edith Knockwood.
She is survived by: her sons, Steven (Nancy) of Fenwick and Ricky (Tanya) of Tidnish; her grandchildren, Steven Jr. (Amanda), Mitchell (Veronica), Mackenzie (Sabrina) and Jackson (Aleena); her sisters, Marion MacIsaac, Fern Gould (Ricky) and Roberta "Robin" Pugsley; and also Chase. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Family Parish (63 Church St, Amherst, NS B4H3B1). A reception was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
Family flowers only, memorial contributions can be made in Joyce's memory to the Holy Family Roman Catholic Church.
