She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Seraphine LeBlanc (Gaudet) and Emile LeBlanc; her husband Gordon; her children, Kim and Steven; her grandson Kyle Mitchell; her great grandchild Hayden; her siblings, Rachel Lavigne (Guy), Ginette Comeau (Bully), Suzanne Bourgeois (Maurice), Odette LeBlanc (Perry), Ronald LeBlanc (Doris) of Shediac, NB and Martin LeBlanc of Shediac, NB; her parents-in-law, Bob Blenkhorn (Sandra) of Ontario, Sheryl Smith (Earl) of Ontario, Fred Blenkhorn (Diana) of Ontario, Anne Seath (Mike) of Ontario and Gary Blenkhorn (Laura Lena) of Ontario; her siblings, Edgar, Joseph, Marie and Jean-Louis; and her parents-in-law, Gerald and Estelle Blenkhorn. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews and extended family.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, Emilie's celebration of life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of floral tributes, memorial contributions in Emilie's memory may be made to the CRHCC Foundation, Cumberland VON or the Canadian Cancer Society.
