He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eldred Simmons and Florence Simmons (Dyment); his wife Eleanor (Harrington); his children, Kimberly Nobrega (Joe), Jason (Xiaoli) and Justin (Jessica); his grandchildren, Sophie, Dalton, Charlotte, Emily, Danika and Edward; his siblings, Nancy Mcdonald (George), Douglas (Christine), Ross (Wendy) and Ian (Chrissy); and his parents-in-law, Myrna (Clive), Cordelia (Al), William and Alan (Val). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and cousins.
