He was predeceased by: his parent Aubrey Hoeg; his son Stuart Hoeg; his sister Sandra Strang; and his brother-in-law Carson Collins. He is survived by: his parent Areatha Hoeg (Elliott); his son Earl Patrick Hoeg (Kim Rose) of Bedford; his grandchildren, Ben Hoeg and Erin Hoeg; his former wife Theresa Manthrone (Hoeg) of Amherst; his siblings, Susan Hoeg of Amherst, Cathy Collins of Maccan, Eric Hoeg (Deborah) of Amherst, Bob Hoeg (Heather) of River Hebert and Ron Hoeg (Betty Anne) of River Hebert; and his brother-in-law Roger Strang (Sandra) of Amherst. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews and friends.

Memorial donations in memory of Earl may be made to The Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 14, River Hebert or to a charity of the donor's choice.
