Dorcas Elizabeth MacEachern Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Aubrey Nelson and Violet Nelson (Smith); her husband Douglas MacEachern; her daughter Colleen Dorcas MacEachern; her siblings, Bert Nelson (Bessie), Hilton Nelson (Moira), Laurie Nelson, Alden Nelson, Kensil Nelson (Marjorie), Leonard Nelson, Douglas Nelson (Shirley), Audrey Coates (Ernie) and Shirley Arsenault (Vic); and her sister-in-law Carol Nelson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jolene MacEachern (Larry Fullerton), Sharon Gouchie (Robert) of Shubencadie, Kelli White (Peter) of Riverview, NB and Paula Snider (Caleb Woods) of Springhill; her brothers, Owen Nelson (Shirley) and Stanley Nelson; her grandchildren, Keri, Kelli, Cassi, Alex, Ryan, Dillon, Kiefer and Korbin; and her siblings-in-law, Elizabeth, Eleanor, Sheila Nelson, Flora Thomas, Carl and Angus MacEachern (Carolyn). She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and one great grandson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Jones Family Funeral Centre (70 Church St, Amherst, NS B4H 3B2).
