He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Campbell and Herbert Russell. He is survived by: his wife Pat Russell; his children, Marcie Nixon (Dave) and Eric Russell (Gisele); and his granddaughters, Kaylee, Taylor, Zoe and Talia.
