She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hunter and Jean Hunter (Hope); her husband Donald Melanson; her daughter Terrilyn; and her brother Roger.
She is survived by: her son Wade (Tina); her siblings, Carol MacKenzie, Ronnie (Betty), Gary (Tina), David (Donna), Bruce (Carol) and Brenda (Frank); and her sister-in-law Norma. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in Dona's memory to the Arthritis Society or to the L.A. Animal Shelter.
