With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dolores Elizabeth McDonald (Amherst, Nova Scotia), born in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia, who passed away on March 26, 2022 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis McDonald and Minnie McDonald (Dean). She is survived by: her significant other Richard Mitton; her close friend Richard Mitton; her son Craig Darrouch (Jillian); her grandchildren, Quinn, Ryan and Cameron; her stepdaughter Sarah Mitton; her siblings, Helen Buchanan (Rick) and Daniel Francis "Frankie" (Ron); her sisters-in-law, Susan Burke (Robert), Marilyn Cormier (Larry) and Janet Rolfe (Joey); her niece Cheryl Allin (Shane); and her nephew Cyril Mills (Kara).
